I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had with PatchMaster. After trying to chase after contractors to give them business it was refreshing to have Paul out within a day to give me an estimate for what most would consider a small job. They gave me a very fair estimate, and I was scheduled for a few days following my acceptance of the offer. Paul returned to do the work, he was on time (early in fact), and was incredibly polite, professional, and respectful of our home. He went above and beyond what I had anticipated, I cannot thank him enough for coming out! Highly highly recommend!
Getting the house ready for sale. Needed drywall in kitchen replaced and painting elsewhere. Excellent, professional, honest and easy to work with company. Patrick gave a straightforward estimate. Paul and Daniel were very pleasant, worked cleanly and did very high-quality work. And they were tightly on schedule. I appreciated the fact that they touched up additional small items as they went and did a slow, careful walk-thru with me when work was done. Excellent company. Hope to use them again when I close on my new house. I have also recommended them to my realtor.
Amazing customer service, response time AND excellent Craftsmanship by "Rob". He handled the 'mud' like butter. I was anticipating the mess of the 'sanding in-between- .. never happened. Rob created the perfect consistency and used the tools like a Michelangelo - I kid you not. HE NEVER NEEDED TO SANDPAPER - a real craftsman. The challenge was I had a 1.5" inch recess in my ceiling after the structural lift of my LR ceiling - he taped edges and filled in that depth like a true artist. Then they matched the paint and BAM - perfection. Dan checked in with me routinely about scheduling and during the job. I would HIGHLY recommend them - (except I am selfish and want to keep them for myself !) It's refreshing to know that small businesses are still alive; I love to support them to keep them thriving.
